We are proud to announce the recent hiring of Matt Watson as Data and System Analyst. Matt has Autism and ADHD which enables him to bring to shineVision a structured and detailed approach to data analysis, enabling him to tackle complex data processes with exceptional clarity and detail.

Reflecting upon shineVision's continuing commitment to embracing neurodiversity within the workplace, managing director Lee Taylor commented: “Matt offers us so many strengths with his precise attention to detail and methodical approach across our software products. Matt, from Westerhope, Newcastle upon Tyne, says: "I've always viewed my Autism and ADHD as a gift and an incredible one at that! I've always had a love for organising data and finding solutions to problems.

Since 2019, I've been attending an excellent Autism support service called Inspired Support who've given me the skills and confidence needed to find my first job. I'm so very thankful to both shineVision and Inspired Support for believing in me and giving me so much support and understanding."

Matt's first steps into the world of work and his inclusion within shineVision highlights the importance of creating workplaces that not only welcome diversity but thrive because of it, especially within UK tech industries.
